Party leadership said legislators and party officials continue to hear about absentee in-person voting locations with irregular hours and unexpected closures leading up to Election Day.

The complaint, filed Friday afternoon in Anchorage Superior Court, warns that several thousand voters across remote, predominantly Alaska Native communities face disenfranchisement.
